The newest franchise in the American Association, the DockHounds were the AA’s second franchise to set up in Wisconsin, joining local rival Milwaukee. Joining in 2022 to replace the AA’s travel team, the Houston Apollos, Lake Country struggled out of the gate to the league’ worst record. However, the club has improved in each of the three succeeding years, making the playoffs for the first time in 2024 and winning their first division title one year later.
